Placing an order in www.leroomshop.com implies acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale and any other specified in the order itself.

These general conditions of sale are intended to define the terms of sale, order, payment and delivery and returns. Leroom may modify or update these terms and conditions taking into account changes in legislation and regulations.

The customer is responsible for the veracity of the personal data supplied in the checkout process.

1. Products and Prices

Prices bear the VAT including any exchange rate that will be applied automatically to the prices of products and services. In the sale to any other country outside the EU the VAT is not added, however the customs systems of each country may apply the relevant tax burdens. Due to their special tax regime, they are considered non-EU geographical the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The prices displayed in  www.leroomshop.com may be reviewed and modified at any time.

2. Payment Systems

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and deadlines vary depending on the destination and mode of each shipment.

- Zone 1: Spain (Peninsula):

               Purchases or shipments to mainland are free.

Delivery times will range between 24 and 72 hours.

- ZONE 2 Portugal (Excluding Azores and Madeira):

Purchases or deliveries will cost 2.5 euros (VAT not included).

Delivery times will oscillate between 3 and 7 calendar days.

- ZONE 3: Spain (Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Andorra, France (excluding Corsica), Germany, Monaco, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Holland, Denmark (excluding Greenland), Luxembourg, Czech Republic, San Marino, Vatican Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Lienchtenstein

Purchases or deliveries will cost 6 euros (VAT, customs duties and taxes not included).

Delivery time varies depending on the area or country, and will be between 2 and 7 calendar days.

For Corsica shipping cost is 21 euros (VAT not included).

- Zone 4: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Serbia, Malta, Cyprus and Turkey

Purchases or deliveries will cost 18 euros (VAT, customs duties and taxes not included). If any, we can not determine the cost of taxes, which are paid by the buyer.

Shipments to Norway will have an additional cost of 5 euros.

The delivery time will be approximately 10 working days.

- ZONE 5: Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Greece, Bosnia, Albania, Gibraltar, Madeira and Azores. Generally countries of South and Central America, Asia, Oceania and Africa.

Purchases or deliveries will cost 50 euros (VAT, customs duties and taxes not included). Not included taxes that may arise.

The delivery time will be approximately 10 working days.

- ZONE 6: USA, Canada and Mexico.

Purchases or deliveries will cost 24 euros (VAT, customs duties and taxes not included). Not included taxes that may arise.

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address the buyer has given us on the form, so it is important to fill in correctly the data delivery address. We are not responsible in case the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.

The purchaser must notify us if within 10 business days has not received the order by e-mail or phone. The courier company will contact the buyer.

The merchandise not delivered within 15 days to the customer at the first attempt will be returned. Once returned to leroom we will proceed to refund the payment done, subtracting the corresponding shipping cost.

4. Returns and Changes

If the buyer receives a defective or wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours by email to leroom@hotmail.com, indicating the error or defect with your personal data to contact you. Complying with current legislation (Act Effective Retail Trade 7/1996 and following modifications and developments), if the client is not satisfied with their purchase they can return it within 15 working days after the date stated in the delivery certificate. It is necessary that the articles that are returned in the same condition that they were sent, with original tags, in original packaging and the invoice / delivery note. Note that you cannot return items that have been used, washed, damaged or do not retain their original labeling.

5. Availability of Products

The products offered in www.leroomshop.com are subject to stock limits. If a product is not available once the order is done, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that point the user can modify or cancel your order.
